Our Mission Statement

"The Fraser Coast Outrigger Canoe Club is committed to the development of the mind and body through community participation in the sport and spirit of Outrigging"

  Come and join us for a paddle in the waters of Hervey Bay, setting off from the gorgeous Scarness Beach. If you decide to join our club you can paddle for fun, fitness or competition as hard or easy as you like.

Your first 3 x 1 hour sessions are FREE.  

• Competitive season from November to May
• We have qualified experienced  coaches
• Male Senior Age Divisions are Open (18-39), Master (40-49), Senior Master (50-55) and Golden  Master (over 55's+)
• Female Senior Age Divisions are Open (21-34) Master (35-44) Senior Master(45-55) and Golden Master ( 55+)
• Junior Age Divisions are Under 12's,14's, 16's, & 18's
• We have a place for you if you want to compete or just have fun in every age division, male and female
